Path to Interactive Media
A professional career that began as a researcher in psychology has expanded over the years to include the fields of photography, graphic design, and interactive media.
It all started after my relocation to Ottawa from Montreal in 2009. It was this change that inspired me to explore new areas, while in a process of self-discovery in my new environment. I saw this as a potential for merging the aesthetics of photography with my knowledge and experience of human behaviour.
The fusion of photography with its use in web and graphic applications led me into exploring and incorporating graphic design as part of my work. This career exploration became more complete with the addition of web design and development, and motion graphics into the dynamic field of interactive media.
Client Approach
Communication: Understanding the client’s vision, objective and implementation of the project is my main goal. To achieve these steps I maintain an ongoing communication with the client during the creative process.
Availability: Being available for the client is a priority. I can be reached by phone or email at any time, and I am always ready to meet if needed.
Feedback and Modifications: No matter what stage of the project we are at, I will always consider the client’s feedback. And if needed I will apply suggested modifications to the project.
Negotiation: I am flexible when it comes to time and pricing of a project. There is always room for negotiation as long as the quality of the end product is not compromised.
