   • The customer assumes full responsibility for inspecting prints upon delivery and must report any defects to the photographer immediately.
   • The photographer/store is not liable for any inappropriate or unlawful use of the prints by the customer.
   • Under no circumstances shall the photographer/store be held liable for any damages arising from the purchase or use of prints.
3. Marketable Investment Clause
   • Customers are granted the right to sell, transfer, or lend their purchased prints in the event they become a marketable investment opportunity.
