I want you to love your fine art photography print. If something isn’t right, I am here to help.

Return Window

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns:

Because each print is made to order, I take great care in ensuring quality.

If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, I will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

I also accept returns for non-defective items within the 30-day return window.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return:

Please contact me through my Contact Page within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect (if applicable)

I’ll respond within 1 business day with next steps.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • For non-defective returns: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • For defective items: return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed

Exchanges:

I accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above.

A note on color & quality:
My prints are created using professional archival papers and inks. Please keep in mind that slight color variations can occur due to screen calibration differences and are not considered defects.

US & International Orders

  • Return Window: The 30-day return window applies to all orders
  • Currency: All refunds are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Shipping: For defective items, return shipping will be covered or reimbursed
  • Duties: Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
