Bold Event Branding for Canada Soccer’s 2018 Match vs Germany

A massive international match held on Canadian soil (Canada Soccer YouTube) deserves a bold design strategy — and that’s exactly what this project delivered. With #5-ranked Canada facing off against #2-ranked Germany, the branding had to be intense, nationalistic, and unmistakably red.
This project focused on unifying pre-event marketing, digital assets, and in-stadium visuals under one cohesive identity. The iconic Christine Sinclair was featured prominently across formats, anchoring the emotional and visual focus.

Player cards featuring Buchanan, Hellstrom, and Leon, each adapted for Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Each version optimized for square or horizontal formats.



In-Venue Screen Graphics
Animated elements and HD visual banners aligned to the campaign branding, creating visual continuity inside the stadium.
