Conference Branding & Event Design for Fertilizer Canada’s 2026 Annual Conference
Concept Development
For Fertilizer Canada’s 2026 Annual Conference in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, I developed a visual identity inspired by the character of the host destination and the idea of connection.
The creative direction draws from the vibrant colours of Prince Edward Island’s natural landscape, translated into a dynamic gradient that moves through warm golds, greens, blues, and coastal tones. Layered connecting shapes reference Charlottetown’s historic role as a gathering place while creating a flexible graphic system that could extend across print, digital, social media, motion, and on-site conference materials.
The concept evolved around the theme Where Growth Connects—bringing together the visual language of connection with Fertilizer Canada’s role in creating opportunities for industry professionals to meet, exchange ideas, learn, and build relationships.
From the conference identity and promotional campaign to the program, delegate materials, animated content, sponsor recognition, and on-site graphics, the system was designed to create a cohesive experience before, during, and beyond the event. Event Branding – Frequently Asked Questions
A complete event branding package can include everything from the event logo and visual theme to signage, name badges, digital banners, presentation templates, and more. I tailor each set to your event’s needs and audience.
Ideally, event design should begin at least 6–8 weeks before your event to allow for concept development, approvals, and production. For larger events or multi-location campaigns, 10–12 weeks is ideal.
Absolutely. All materials are prepared for both formats, including scalable assets for signage, programs, and banners, as well as optimized graphics for apps, social media, and video screens.
You’ll receive high-resolution PDFs for print, optimized PNG/JPEG files for web, and source files (InDesign, Illustrator) upon request. Everything is organized for easy delivery to your printer or event team.
By starting with a clear visual theme and applying it consistently across every touchpoint — from badges to banners — I help ensure your event looks unified, professional, and memorable.
